How Do I Receive a
Medical Marijuana Card?
If you have any of the diagnoses stated above then you should qualify for Medical Marijuana.
After you have seen the doctor, there is usually a ~2 week waiting period before you will be approved by the state of Florida.
Once approved you’ll receive your medical marijuana card in the mail, and you’re free to go to any medical marijuana dispensary of your choosing.
As per Florida state law, you will have to reevaluated every 7 months to continue the medical marijuana program.
